DIG Gardens hosts Supper Club every Saturday night with Lightfoot Industries! It could be the best one-night stand you ever had. In today’s economy, enterprising chefs are reinventing the restaurant experience with out-of-the-box options for dining out.  Called a pop-up restaurant, it’s an underground supper club for a single evening of atmospheric cuisine. DIG Gardens is so excited to be collaborating with Lightfoot Industries an amazing, innovative company that works with teens to teach them real life fundamentals and job skills. The talented Chef, Kevin Koebel of Local FATT, in addition to occasional guest chefs prepare healthy, localy sourced, delicious meals.  They also offer vegetarian and gluten free options at all of their Supper Club events. $30 for a five course organic meal and dessert- lets DIG in!
